When can I withdraw my funds?

The funds held on your trading account belong to you. You are free to request to withdraw these at any time. Your account must be fully verified.

How long does it take to receive my deposit?

If you deposited with a credit/debit card, your funds are processed immediately, and you can start trading right away. Bank transfers can take a few business days to reach our accounts. Where do I see the balance of my account?

At the top of your trading platform, you will always see your balance.

What are your deposit methods?

Monument Trade accepts funding through bank transfer, credit or debit card transactions and crypto wallet funding. All details are available on the accounts page or through one of our representatives.

Is Monument Trade Safe?

Yes! Monument Trade takes extreme measures to protect our clients. Monumenttrade is a registered firm operating in the European Union and therefore authorized to receive clients from around the world. Monument Trade is also a vast institutional liquidity provider, enabling brokers and investment firms to diversify their services by offering a wide range of products. All client funds are held in bank accounts regulated by the ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) across the European Union.

How long does it take to process my documents?

This can vary from a few minutes to a few hours, we will always strive to ensure that your documents are processed within one business day.

How long do I have to provide my documents?

Documents should be submitted once you have completed our client questionnaire. If you do need more time to provide the documents, please keep in mind that in accordance with current legislation, we must get you verified in maximum 15 day’s from the date you opened your account with us.

How can I provide my documents?

Documents can be uploaded from the client area once you have logged into your account in the website. From your client area select menu and then upload documents. Please note that the maximum file size is 5 MB and it should be in any of the following formats: gif, jpg, png or pdf

How do I register for an account?

Registration is easy, just click on the “OPEN ACCOUNT” link on the top of our website, choose the type of account you would like to open and complete the short registration form.

How long does it take to withdraw my funds?

Once a submitted request has been received, we will begin processing your request for you. In most cases withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of being received. You should note, that once the funds have left your account, it may take further few days to reflect back to you depending on the method used to withdraw your funds

How do I cancel a withdrawal?

To cancel your request is easy. Either speak to live chat or your account manager, or send us a short email, from your registered email address, to [email protected]

Can I withdraw when I have an open position?

Yes of course, provided you have the available account balance.

Are there any limits on the amounts that I can withdraw?

No, only up to the amount of your available balance.

What should I do if I haven’t received my withdrawal?

In the unlikely event where you haven’t received your withdrawal by bank transfer within three business days (in case of credit/debit card it could take up to ten business days), simply let us know and we will do everything we can to assist in locating your funds. As soon as you notice something unusual, please contact our client relations team at [email protected] and attach a copy of your bank statement. We will keep you updated.

If my personal information and money secured?

You can be completely confident about the safety of your personal data and any transactions you make with Monument Trade. Monument Trade holds a PCI merchant level D certificate for our servers, supported by the highest level of internet protection, ensuring the safety of data. This safety is also enhanced through our partners – the biggest and most reputable European banks and payment systems such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, QIWI, Skrill, FasaPay, Union Pay and Neteller.

How do exchanges make money?

1. Commission – there is a small commission on every trade that is processed on the exchange.
2. Spread – the cost to hold a trade (I.E. Apple/USD) over a 24 hour period.
3. The difference between the buy and the sell price – the difference between the price that we purchase some assets, and sell it to the clients trading on our exchange.
4. Custody Services – upon entering an agreement for custody services, Exchanges can provide you with a dedicated portfolio manager that will help you grow the account in exchange for a performance fee.
5. In-House Investments – exchanges reserve the right to invest in the same market opportunities as offered to clients.

What is Leverage?

Leverage is an investment strategy of using borrowed money — specifically, the use of various financial instruments or borrowed capital — to increase the potential return of an investment.

What are the downsides of Leverage?

The theory sounds great, and in reality, the use of leverage can be profitable, but the reverse is also true. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. If an investor uses leverage to make an investment and the investment moves against the investor, his or her loss is much greater than it would’ve been if he or she had not leveraged the investment.
